Yesssss, web1 directory is now not only a web directory but is also a article directory. The article directory component is not separate but intergrated in the main category structure itself. It was made possible by a special mod made by me  and integrated to the phpLinkDirectory 3.06 script.

The scripting was a tough time as i first time did some thing in the phpLinkDirectory script.

So now the category pages of my directory would have three sections - Regular Links, Featured Links and Articles. Every category can have its own articles.

The sidebar will display latest 10 articles.

The mod also has a view  counting system which records how many times the article was viewed.

I am going to write and also hire writers to write unique content articles and put them into categories. I would also allow external people to submit to articles on the condition that the article being submitted is unique and will not be used anywhere else on the internet. I can provide a incontent link from the article if it is found suitable.
